Generally most of our computer repair services can be completed within
24 hours or less, if no additional parts or software is required. If we
replace parts, we will explain as to why the replacement was necessary,
provide you with options, and return you the defective component. All of
our services include complimentary physical internal and external
cleaning of your PC (i.e. Vacuuming of internal components, and external
dirt and residue removal).
Warranty Verification Service
We will also confirm if any of your defective components are covered
under the manufacturers warranty. If your defective components are
covered under warranty, we will simply ship the item to the manufacturer
and install the new device upon its return, thus saving you money without
purchasing new components.
Business Preventative Maintenance Service Program
If your small business doesn't have an IT department or staff, then
consider using our low cost preventative maintenance service program.
This service includes monthly visits by our friendly staff to help resolve
any problems you my have with your system(s). Our staff will also clean
your system of viruses/spyware and defragment your business
computers. This service also grants your business to a 7% discount on
all hardware or software required to make critical repairs or upgrades to
your business computers.

Computer Repair Tips
If you plan to have your computer serviced, please bring only the
computer "box", unless the problem is with other devices
connected to your computer. Also include all software disks
including operating systems.

Disclaimer: Hard drive failure, viruses, spyware, malware, and
other programs may result in data loss, thus preventing us to
restore your computer to its original settings. We can not
guarantee that the same parts on older systems will be available,
thus requiring purchase of newer equipment.
